Honey Pancake

  

Honey PancakePancake merupakan salah satu hidangan sarapan pagi yang paling dinanti. Sajikan hangat dan tambahkan Tropicana Slim Madu Rendah Kalori sesuai selera untuk kenikmatan madu yang bebas gula dan rendah kalori.

Bahan:

  • 200 gr tepung terigu
  • 1 butir telur
  • 6 sdm susu Tropicana Slim Non Fat Fitosterol (Plain)
  • 400 ml air hangat
  • 25 gr Tropicana Slim Gula Rendah Kalori
  • 2 sdt baking powder
  • 1 sdt baking soda
  • 30 gr margarine (lelehkan terlebih dahulu)
  • 1 sdt garam

Cara membuat:

  1. Aduk tepung terigu, Tropicana Slim Gula Rendah Kalori,susu Tropicana Slim Non Fat Fitosterol (Plain), baking powder, soda kue, garam hingga rata dalam mangkuk.
  2. Aduk air hangat dengan susu Tropicana Slim Non Fat Fitosterol (Plain), hingga rata.
  3. Buat lubang ditengahnya, lalu masukkan air dan telur, aduk sampai rata.
  4. Panaskan wajan dadar, oleskan margarine.
  5. Tuangkan kira2 30 ml adonan ke wajan, panaskan hingga bagian samping kelihatan matang, kemudian balik.
  6. Sajikan dengan Tropicana Slim Madu Rendah Kalori.

Hasil: 4 serving

Nilai gizi per sajian:
Kalori = 300 Kal
Lemak = 8 gr
Karbohidrat = 49 gr
Protein = 8 gr
