
OGURA CHEESE SANDWICH
Sandwich is a very practical and easy dish to be made. The combination of ogura (red bean) and cheese in this recipe makes it delicious. Ogura glycemic index is low (GI = 27) and the use of wheat bread as its main ingredient, also makes your breakfast menu more special and healthy.
Ingredients
- 100g boiled ogura, mash
- 1 tsb Tropicana Slim Sweetener Refill
- 1 tsb Tropicana Slim Non Fat Milk Phytosterol (Plain)
- 4 slices wheat bread, for coating
- 2 slices cheddar cheese single, choose non-fat
- 1 tsb wheat flour, for sprinkle
- 1 egg, whisk, for dipping
- 2 tsb Tropicana Slim Corn Oil, for frying
How To Make
- Mix mashed ogura with Tropicana Slim Sweetener Refill and Tropicana Slim Non Fat Milk Phytosterol (Plain). Divide into four parts. Set aside.
- Spread mashed ogura on one bread slice. Top with cheese. Spread with one part of mashed ogura again. Then top it with another bread slice.
- Set aside. Cut the edge. Divide into two parts diagonally. Repeat this with the next sandwich.
- Spread wheat flour thinly on the sandwich edge. Dip it into the whisked egg.
- Heat a frying pan. Add a few of Tropicana Slim Corn Oil. Toast bread until cooked and golden. Remove from pan. Drain warm.
